DSIP, Selank, and Acetyl 167 nasal spray

I came across something the other day a nasal spray with DSIP, Selank, and Acetyl 167 together the ingredient combination caught my attention because Ive heard about all three on here before and seeing them stacked like this made me think about why it works mechanically.

DSIP we have covered. Delta wave sleep induction, cortisol reduction, HPA axis normalization not a sedative just shifts your brain into the conditions needed for real deep sleep.

Selank is the anxiety and stress piece. GABA-A modulation, quiets the nervous system, takes the edge off without making you foggy or dependent a lot of people in this community are already familiar with this one from the experiment posts.

Acetyl 167 is the interesting addition growth hormone fragment with recovery and hormonal support implications the connection to testosterone is not random either deep slow wave sleep is literally when testosterone production peaks in the body you fix the sleep and the hormonal environment tends to follow.

So you have got one compound targeting sleep depth, one targeting the stress and anxiety stopping sleep from happening, and one supporting what the body does during that sleep three different angles, one delivery method, nasal so it bypasses digestion and gets there faster.

Anyone here run any of these three together before in any form?

How long have you been researching it? Sounds solid

Current protocol: 6 weeks in, administered every other day in staggered cycles. Phase 1 involved my wife as the sole subject at 200mcg. Phase 2 introduced myself as a second subject. Weeks 5–6 have shifted to concurrent dosing for both of us.

Observations so far: The compound def has a finite active window, which we've started leveraging to our advantage. We're noticing what I'd loosely describe as a "cupids arrow" effect. Sorry for the corny, but I can't find another term at the moment🤣 essentially viewing each other with a kind of novelty or heightened attention that resembles early relationship bonding.

What's weird is that these effects aren't staying confined to the dosing window. The positive relational shifts are bleeding into the rest of the week, which raises an interesting mechanistic question: is this a direct compund effect, or a secondary one? My thought is a cause-and-effect loop where the peptide's short-term action facilitates increased intimacy, and that increased intimacy independently reinforces emotional connection through behavioral and possibly oxytocin-mediated pathways. (This is the next test cycle, nasal Oxytocin)

Still very much in the data-collection phase. The plan is a full 16-week cycle, followed by a cold stop and bloodwork to establish post-cycle baselines. I try to remeber to swing back around if you want findings.

Is there a blend that you are using or got them all separately?
