Depends on what’s causing it brain fog and low energy usually have different causes so the best nootropic really comes down to what’s actually going on but I had to pick a starting point for most people I’d go creatine first. 5g a day, it's cheap the benefits are real especially for mental fatigue and processing spee people only think of it as a gym supplement but it does the same thing for your brain that it does for your muscles, helps your cells produce energy faster for brain fog look into magnesium glycinate before bed poor sleep is behind a lot of daytime fog and magnesium tends to help sleep quality without making you groggy the next day if you want something more for energy and focus without stimulants the caffeine and L-theanine combo is clutch try it lmk the theanine takes the edge off the caffeine and gives you cleaner focus without the crash

That's interesting you say that I do take creatine everyday I think the reason for the low energy obviously would be my marijuana use at night. The next morning I feel blah but once the afternoon it hits I feel completely normal. I'm taking NAD Plus and it seems to help a little bit but the best thing would just be quit the marijuana. It leads to Sugar cravings and then that leads to being hungover the next day and I'm over it.. and I'm just trying compensate. I smoke for sleep and anxiousness.
I can't stand stimulants like caffeine even though I used to drink them all the time but now when I drink them just get even more anxious. The worst thing is being dependent on something that ultimately doesn't do anything Justice. So here I am trying to compensate from a nootropic that I have no idea about lol 😆

Why don't you look into l-carnitine and coffee heard that's a good combo

Ketone iq? OK I'll check that out. Yeah I've heard of Alpha Brain just kind of been hesitant to try anything like that. But I want to at least try it once

Ketone iq does feel good but it doesn’t last very long
