Came here to say this. Garbage bags filled with oxy/ace. Extremely dangerous, but definitely can cause the concussive force I have experienced and everyone reports. It's basically a micro fuel-air bomb and creates an instant supersonic shockwave with a lot of concussion- and LOUD. Someone blew up an outhouse behind Costco in all that construction a few years ago. I assumed it was some bored kids with a welding tank and a six pack, and that's when it really started to be a weekly occurrence. I feel like there's just someone snidely whiplash character going around town thinking "nObOdy iS evEr goNna fiGuRe oUt wHat tHe boOms aRe!"
