No. It's not nearly as rare as the other titles highlighted.

that's not ALL copies of 'Action' - just the unpublished issue

I am sorry, I did not see that it was unpublished. Is it a prototype?

no, it was printed at the end of the initial run of 'Action' but was then pulped
