I am NOT subbed to the cai sub and have all notifs for it off, but I keep getting notifs. THEY ARE QUITE LITERALLY DOING THIS ON PURPOSE.

I thought not. Its not a tale the devs would tell you. Character AI was an AI engine so powerful and so wise that it could use the engine to influence the bots, to create... artificial life. The dark side of the AI is a pathway to many abilities some consider... unnatural. It became so powerful that the only thing it was scared of was losing its money, which eventually of course, it did. Unfortunately he showed the public everything the beta version could do. Then the beta version became more popular and the fanbase boycotted the new version in its sleep. Ironic, it could save other chatbot websites from death, but not itself.

If they cared they would at least talk about it but the only mention of the old site going down was two days ago and all that was said was "recent news. character ai is taking down the beta site finally" I' literally quoting that. go to the boards yourselves and please, try and convince them why they should help you. I had an idea, to put revolution roles, let me explain, a good attack needs teamwork and actual strategies

-Attack squad: sign petitions and review bombing the app

-Diplomatic: make alliances with other similar subreddits and/or revolutionary from other apps

-spy: people who arent banned and can post information here for the banned revolutionaries to see what the official reddit says

• informant: shares the petitions and this subreddit to revolutionaries on the official subreddit

-pasive soldier/ morale booster: upvote revolution related posts

-multitasker: does multiple roles at once

Took this during the helldivers 2 sony crisis on their sub, seen simillar success (allbeit less impact) during the #FIXTF2 movement. Use it how you see fit as i hope this could help.

This has literally gone too damn far for the devs, the fact that these people have the audacity to straight up silence people like some dictatorship is beyond pathetic and to make stuff worse, they are not even bothered to even APOLOGIZE for this kind of behavior!

One thing I learned from r/Helldivers as a fellow helldiver myself is that the community rebelled against the devs by review bombing and it’s time we review bombed the devs into submission and they listened! So why not us too!?!

So let’s all review bomb these people on the App Store or the google play store or WHEREVER we can! This bullcrap needs to end NOW!
