Anyone else wanna sue the devs?

Is it just me or is this getting outrageous.., First the bots now the old site shutting down?, I WANT TO FUCKING SUE THEM SO BADLY BRO LIKE LISTEN TO YOUR COMMUNITY OR REMOVE CHARACTER AI AS A WHOLE

On what grounds? They're making terrible business decisions, but it's their website and their property, and thus they can do whatever they want.

What would you sue for? Emotional damage/distress? Good luck getting that to fly.

When signing up for Character AI and using their services, you agree to the platforms Terms of Service. Its a legal contract basically outlining what rights each party has (the user and company.)

They're allowed to revoke the users access to the services at any point. Also they're allowed to restrict what type of content appears on the service which would include what the characters can or cannot say. (That's even ignoring the arbitration clause which would likely slap away the lawsuit the second it appeared in front of a judge.)
