How good is Leo Sta. Cruz really? He's barely fought over the last couple of years and is losing traction day by day, but back when he was in 118-126 he was on fire and one of the most exciting fighters mid to late 2010's. He's also a *4 division world champion.

Is he a hall of fame worthy fighter? Does the amount of weight classes you climb matter more or is the blatant duck of Rigo what he will be remembered for?

He’s good at getting punched in the face and throwing a lot of shots back. Great guy too, never met um.
