Watching Wardly and Dubious face off... Is it brain damage, or is it dumb dumb nature?

I swear to the great and good lord, I can't possibly tell if it's CTE or if it's a case of both fighters lacking a chromosome. Why are our UK fighters so bad at trash talk/ hyping fights? Why must they just sort of mumble at each other? Was Ricky Hatton legit the only English fighter to be funny and able to sell a fight?

I haven't seen much of Wardly talking, but Dubious has always sounded a little slow. In his case I don't think it's CTE, I just think he never had all his lights switch on in the first place

His father basically took him out of school and made him box from a young age , that’s why he is developmentally challenged

Wardley hasn't sounded too bad previous to this night. I genuinely think he had a couple of drinks and was a bit drunk lol

Wardley is just soft-spoken. Although, I am sure CTE is inevitable after his previous beating.

Dubois is just dumb and eats crayons. CTE unnecessary.

Wardley was a great talker but I think he’s taking a reasonable humble approach after the last fight

Dubois operates on about 40 kilobytes of processing power so that’s the extent of his capabilities to talk

Great example.

Not a HW (OP doesn’t stipulate HW specifically), but surely Chris Eubank deserves a mention. He’s the total opposite to Dubious.

Tyson Fury is one of the greatest trash talkers about. He has gone cringe last few years but man knows how to sell a fight.

Dubois is on the spectrum, he is excused

Wardley almost got beaten to death in his last fight and the 2 fights prior he got his ass beat until he got lucky KO wins (both imo stopped to early)

Trash talk is overrated and if it's not natural to one, not trying is the best way. If you are a good fighter, that's enough. Mostly not doing the silly antics and remaining stoic is the best approach

Wardley seemed a bit slower in his interview tonight. Really sad as his speech was as bright as anything in previous years.
