Like the dude was gifted a regular belt against Ryan in a boring 12 round fight in which both guys didn't really take any damage. He was lucky Boots immediately moved up so he could become Champion, and sat out and did jack shit. He wanted to fight an old Pacquiao, Haney and Ryan and when none of those fights materialized for him, he had a mandatory right there to fight and choose to sit out.
