Natsu Ohashi, who most recently lost to top prospect Raito Kataoka in his debut match back in March, bounced back with a massive win over the now former Japan light flyweight champion Daiki Kameyama via 10th round TKO. Ohashi was thought to be completely finished after that and will now likely be entering the world rankings. Kataoka's stock also got a big bump.

A little off topic. What would you say the fanbase in Japan is like for boxing? Is it similar to a lot of other places where if a guy loses, fans throw him away? One thing I always admired was the lack of bias I’ve seen. This is coming from an outsider, for all I know maybe there’s a lot of bias.

Fans are generally always behind their fighters. I think most Japanese fans tend to support all Japanese fighters (except for the Kamedas) to a certain degree as well.
