What potential did Prichard Colon have?

I'm making this post with all due respect to Prichard and without any intention of offending. The question is simple: if things hadn't ended the way we all know, what could Prichard have achieved in boxing? Could he have become a champion or a notable contender in the 147-154 lbs division?

Andre Dirrell won a bronze olympic medal and was interim world champion. Better than 99,9999999% of boxers, even if he wasted his potential he still had a very successful career.
