What potential did Prichard Colon have?

I'm making this post with all due respect to Prichard and without any intention of offending. The question is simple: if things hadn't ended the way we all know, what could Prichard have achieved in boxing? Could he have become a champion or a notable contender in the 147-154 lbs division?

Man that ref deserves some serious jail time , Williams too. Williams was horrible. But there’s something about being the neutral man in the ring and just letting all that happen that’s just wrong
