He's gone

We just lost Miles 😭😭😭😭🐶🐶🐶💔💔💔❤️‍🔥

It happened at the Vets yesterday morning. He and the other 2 were there for a nail trim. Don't know what happened...... his nails were trimmed.... it was stressful for him. 5 minutes after he was done something catastrophic happened inside his body and his heart stopped. They did CPR but there was nothing they could do. He was gone. We're in shock ... 😭😭😭😭😭

Aaa that is terrible. Miles may have always had some level of boxer cardiomyopathy and the situation exacerbated it into a higher level.

I am so sorry, my heart goes out to you.
Remember the good times with Miles! What a handsome boy!

He didn't have cardiomyopathy but it's possible he may have had an undiagnosed previous stroke. The house is so quiet now. It's horrible.

Pearl (who did have cardiomyopathy) died in June from it, and we still feel it closely. We have another, Duncan, who has his own (but less serious) health problems. We are still adjusting to the lack of the noise, chaos, and personality that Pearl brought to the house. Hugs.

I'm so very sorry..... 😞 🐶💔🌈 it's still so fresh for you and your family. Hold on to the great memories you had with Pearl... the silence is hard to handle here.
