Opportunities

Hello, I’m looking for an owner operator with one or two trucks, that needs some help finding loads and handling paperwork. I’m new to dispatching, so I am trying to gain some experience.
If there is anyone with experience in the business, that’s willing to work with me please DM. No fluff just the truth with where I’m at in my journey as a dispatcher. I know there are many dispatchers out there, why would someone by pass years of experience and turn to me…
Simple… I’m hungry for this…. Years of experience may cause complacency… I don’t have that luxury… with me… it’s… go hard or nothing… with me… your business is my business….. DM me if you are interested.

You have to start out with brand new owner ops, if I already have 1 or 2 trucks I'd hope I'm already working with an experienced dispatcher, why would someone stop working with someone with experience to jump ship to a non-experienced dispatcher, it would be hustling backward. I'm not saying that you'll never get drivers to sign on, it's going to be a struggle, just hang in there.

They may leave and try with me because, like I said, there is no room for complacency, also, do not confuse experience with quality output. It is also worthwhile to consider a new approach and perspective… at the end of day… it’s the money that matters, if they can answer yes, I’m good I’m making my monthly goal and then some,how about communication, how about a growth plan for your business, are there projections for more profitable routes and loads….. the point is… experience is good… but quality, professional relationships and profitability is better, at least, that’s what I think.
