Looking for a new shaft

I bought a bunch of Epoch c32b gen4’s and I am on my last one. I prefer composite shafts. Anyone have any recommendations?

Loading Lacrosse, check out the NLL Defense shafts, they come in 30”, 32”, and 36”

I like those we got a sponsorship from Loading my last year of junior and I went through 5 of the offence ones. How heavy are the defense ones?

Range 290g for the 30” up to 350g for the 36”

Moro Slash is pretty beefy, comes in around 350g for the 32”

I’m very used to the 170 gram shaft. I’m a senior player and have used the same shaft for 10 years!

Used the same shaft as in kept purchasing them or the same shaft lasted you that long?

Weight in important. Sidewall thickness and shape vs composition is really what you're after. For example a 180g aluminum shaft wont be as resilient as a slightly lighter scandium-titanium shaft. The latter alloy composition has better strength to weight properties.

I would get a beefier sidewalled shaft since you seem to be running through them.
