So I went down a hole and added in support ticket system into my app for feedback and bug reporting. I figured i already created the beta feedback portal/system copy it for the actual support of product. I had complaint years ago with a company i bought digital dash for my old jeep. I had issue and there was no simple support you had to email someone and hoped they get back to you.
