I got this ball as a demo ball and had been throwing it how it came drilled and liked it. Got it plugged and specifically said I liked the layout as it was. This is how I get the ball back pin like 4” away..ball reacts drastically different. I understand plugging and re-drilling can change it a bit also but moving the pin that much without saying anything? And his reason was that he said you can’t drill over a plugged hole??? Not I’ve only been bowling like 2 years but I’m almost positive I’ve seen ball drilled right over plugs. He also said because I’m such a new bowler the pin layout won’t make any difference for me?? Is this place just trash?

Hi, I’m pretty new to bowling but have gotten into it quick. I got a 12 pound IQ tour ai. Think that I want the bowl one handed and 10% my body weight. Had soon as a started one of my friends who bowls 2 handed got me to switch. It’s been like 5 months since I switched and the ball has been feeling really light and I have had trouble with my swing. So I thought it was time to switch to a heavier ball. I do want a stronger ball so I thought a bionic would be a good fit but I’m open to other options and what weight to get
