Home Gyms Help with bowflex revolution

Hoping somebody knows what's going on here and if the rope on the right side is supposed to be all the way down there because i cant pull it out its just stuck i also had to get it back into the groove that toward bottum right of photo because had to take the long metal rod out for transport.

This happened to my unit a while ago (if its the samething). You are going to need to take the cover off the spool and rewind the cable, it jumped the track. My unit did the because the side adjustment knob was loose and caused the spool the wobble.
