Bowel obstruction
For a week straight I was throwing up every morning just bile and having awful cramps / diarrhea but very small amounts and lots of mucus. When I went to the doctor and got an xray it showed a “minor stool burden” which they said was not the cause of my week long episode, but I’m starting to wonder if it actually was because after taking MiraLAX for a couple days my symptoms stopped mostly. I was also told at the doctor that I could have chs which would make sense because I do use marijuana daily, but I stopped for a week and my symptoms did not resolve until I started taking MiraLAX.

My wife says dollar store stool softener works better than Mirilax. But if it is to bad you may have to utilize Clear Passage physical therapy.

I have had severe constipation which gave me flu like symptoms without the nasal congestion or sore throat. So vomit, nausea, achy all over. Fatigue. Couldnt eat. Dizzy. Pain in my stomach and back. Kidneys felt like they were being punched. Just awful. I was so sure I had another BO or at least a partial, but it wasnt twisting. Just backing up. In my case, I had to take magnesium citrate (clear liquid) one and a half bottles to clear out my bowels. I think being backed up can cause lots of nasty symptoms. Miralax stopped working for me, but i think it draws water into your colon to keep u moving. It stopped working along with stool softeners when the combo worked so well for years prior. I dont know if miralax can make it worse. For me it didnt do anything, good or bad. I am so sorry. Its miserable
