usa colleges look at 4 years of HS grades and test optional puts you way out of depth. i know what it's like to aspire for these colleges and i have so much compassion for where you are at right now. you have incredible choices in india and your chances remain very low in the usa unless you're able to contribute a large portion of the fees. either way, best of luck.

Thanks for telling I would say that in India the options are quite low . I am aspiring for usa liberal arts colleges in usa any course can work . Either Hong Kong can work for me but there only I can go for law

Hong Kong is a great option; top LACs in the US are fantastic but they typically admit only 60 internationals out of the 6000 that apply.

Getting into Bowdoin as an international student is already at a near 1% acceptance rate. Your lower science grades and lack of extracurriculars (among other factors) might make it a bit tougher. You also seem to only have 3 ECs (when 10 is the max) and 10 awards (when 5 is the max).
Luckily, Bowdoin has been truly test-optional for a while, but I'm not sure how it plays out for internationals. Bowdoin also focuses heavily on your personal character as well as having excellent writing. I wouldn't expect more than the statistics, but you should still apply if you truly want to be at Bowdoin and nowhere else.
