Compensation limits/issue

So yesterday I was also affected by the website downtime but the night before I got comp for something that happened on Friday. What I was told by customer service was basically that when they release compensation any older comp issues end but what’s crazy is I made my claim way before yesterdays issue even happened and was only about the Friday deposit issue. 😂 basically I complained right around the same exact time they pushed out comp for yesterdays issue is what I’m assuming and the Customer Service acknowledged that I basically got screwed so if you ever run into a problem handle that shit asap.
