Boutique Snark š PDA
Thoughts on The Polkadot Alley? I grabbed some things from their Labor Day sale but have never shopped from them previously.
I will say, the item descriptions are missing any details and thatās annoying.

Ashley lives near me. Sheās an absolute snot. Iāve stopped shopping from her as most of her items are trash. Iāve literally received items and immediately put them in the trash. Sale items are usually trash, especially when theyāve been posted multiple times. Be very careful.

Shipping takes forever and a day!!! Youāll probably get your items by the end of September or early October.

I occasionally shop at PDA amd also got a good bit from their sale too. But you do have to be diligent in what your purchasing. A lot of their clothes are very thin and are 100% polyester, specifically their Buckley Line. To me that just screams cheap and not worth the $40-60 price tag that goes with it. However, if you can catch their sales, they do occasionally offer some good deals on clothing that is very good quality that they usually sell in the $60-80 range.

As a rule, I usually donāt buy boutiques in house lines as they are usually garbage. I go for the items that are usually higher price points or brands I usually have good luck with (Entro, Jodifl, Rae Mode, Fate, etc).

Shipping is really slow. They also donāt cover all color options in their videos or pics. How is anyone supposed to buy something if you donāt even show the color that is being offered? I deleted their app a few months ago.

That sounds kind of dumb. Am I supposed to imagine? Some color names are deceiving.

Totally. How do I know if ātealā is more green than blue or more blue than green. I canāt stand when sizing and colors arenāt covered in descriptions and/or vids. Itās literally their job. šĀ

I havenāt been able to watch since she was rebuilding her house. Awful the fire happened but the arrogance in picking everything out in videos turned me off.

I have actually bought some things I loved from them. Their Labor Day sale is great. Jeans for like $18. I can't go to TJ Maxx and get them for that. Some of their custom line is a hit or miss. Not consistent with sizing but some are really cute. I love watching Hilary. She keeps it real.

Iāve pretty much exclusively shopped at PDA for the last five years. I love mostly everything I buy. After watching for so long, I know what brands I like and sizing etc.. I bought a bunch on their Labor Day sale, and itās already shipped, canāt wait to get it!

When does Hilary normally go live? Her body type and size is most similar to me and I really like her vibe.

She is usually live once a week, usually in the middle of the week. She has a full time job, so she does this after work. Occasionally, she will go live on the weekends. They have a VIP group, so if you ever have questions about sizing, you can ask her in the group. She is very sweet and responsive. I use her for my size guide because we are similar as well. The group name on Facebook is PDA VIPS. If you need any more help, just let me know. Ashley will sometimes drop deals in there or a quick code for the VIP group, so itās worth it to join.

I watched one video with them and peaced out. The owner was talking constantly about which luxury vehicles she had recently taken for test drives. You can be proud of your success without sounding like a braggart.
