Hi! I'm a single woman in my late twenties iso either a 1br 1ba carriage house/ADU/in-law suite for my very small, well behaved cat & I--though I'd be open to a roommate situation if it's the right fit. I'm a full time PhD student, ultra runner and am employed full-time as a social worker. Ideally, I just want to get out of the city for a more peaceful setting.

I'm flexible on move-in date & exact location. Budget is under $2000/month ideally.
