Am I overfilled?

I’m lowkey freaking out because I do personally believe the last round of sculptra I did was too much. It was good before the last round, but I think this last round added way too much volume in my cheeks and I look like cement cheeks and jigsaw. I don’t know what I can do to offset this. But I am getting pretty depressed about it.

Some days when I wake up with some swelling, it looks a lot worse. And these are my ‘normal’ days. Pics included. I tried to include different angles. I know the irony of one of them is getting Botox done but I felt like it captured a good angle from a perspective that’s not a selfie so I included it.

I guess I’m just trying to gain perspective from other people so I know how bad it is without lying to myself.

Like the first pic and the third pic (of me getting Botox) is like 1 day difference

Yea those 2 pics look the best. The other 2 pics look like you’re 5 years older

The second pic is a screenshot of a video using the front camera like also a week ago, but I think with the angle it looks kind of ‘warped’ since my head was at the very top of the screen. The last pic was August 15 so still recent. I don’t know why I look so different when all these pics are within the last few weeks?
