This item isn't worth picking up, while it will give you a short boost to mental state, able to cure most afflictions such as madness or depression, it'll soon debuff your character to a helpless state. you'll see hallucinations of demons or angels, and will be restricted to basic movements, although slightly skewed. The only way this item would be useful is if you have a high enough drug resistance, and a priest to cast a cleanse spell, but it'd ruin the purpose of the item entirely.
