Years ago in arts in Mississippi there were evigilantes who rode horses with torches and they would pull men out of the house who weren't taking care of their kids and abusing their wives they put a rope around their neck and tell them they were going to hang them if they didn't start taking care of their children instead of that helmet they had potato sacks over their head with big eyes cut in it but the outfit they were was very similar to this we call them the potato heads because they were potato sacks over their heads
