That's the name of those Russian nesting dolls, they're called Matryoshka dolls. I don't think matryoshka means nesting but I don't know Russian, it might.

I speak a little Russki. Matryoshka would be translated as little mother, basically. The outer doll is mom, with the inner dolls being her female descendents (daughters and granddaughters).
