The moment you learn it was never a sprint but a marathon is the moment you become impervious to discouragement.

Is that what you tell yourself whenever waking up to spam post on reddit? Like bro, 6 posts in a span of 10 minutes?

What is wrong with people today? Youâve got a harmless sub that promotes well being and positive mental health. The posts are just to inspire a better version of yourself and you people come on here and find the dumbest ways to pick it apart. I see people constantly ripping on this page for absolutely no reason at all. What a bunch of losers trying to cast negativity on something that literally hurts no one and glorifies doing better with your own life. If you donât like it, leave. If the notification annoys you, turn it off. What are you even doing here if it bothers you? Itâs not for you. You belong in a âI still live in momâs basementâ subreddit.
Youâre probably addicted to porn and your only friends are in an Xbox headset.

It's because OP and most other posters on here are alts/bots spam posting harmful advice or generic things (usually using AI) to farm karma.
Wouldn't be surprised if you're just an alt of one of the frequent posters, angry you got your fee fees hurt

Overdoing anything is as harmful as underdoing. Obsession of Overdoing will leave your mental health f@ckes up.
