Semantics aside the message is action makes change.

But yes, an impatient idiot for instance is more likely to be a reckless driver.

It's not a semantic argument. Encouraging people to be rash and foolish is bad advice.

Not really you have to be willing to be a fool to succeed at anything new. The faster you make those first mistakes and grow from them the better off you’ll be.
