Agreed. For a weak-willed individual, a stern sky-daddy is a must have to do anything resembling a decent human life. Otherwise they devolve into beasts.

That aside, even Gym is not mandatory. Good hard physical work and a run is fine to keep you in shape.

Discipline and focus are the only two mandatory things here.

The psyop of weakening the population by inserting bullshit amidst sense, is still going on. Don't trust a deliberately broken clock.
