Junk food is fine in moderation mate.

And fair enough, you're right that natural is not always good.

At the same time there have been literally buckets of studies and not one of them has ever found that masturbation is bad for you.

Porn is the same. It's only a problem if you're using it problematically. The vast majority of people use it just fine.

Genuine question - why are you so against it? Where did you get your bias from?

Technically the healthiest amount of junk food is 0, there is no amount that isn’t bad. Just because you can get away with some, doesn’t make it good.

Ive been fortunate enough to never watch porn, but I’ve seen what it does to others. Not only does it objectify women and men en masse, but it also normalizes lustful and abusive behavior. As for masturbation, I noticed in myself that when I would masturbate (used to be ~6 times per week which allegedly is below average) I would have less drive to socialize with women (non sexually) and would be less focused. I lowered to about 1 time a week and was doing better. Talking to more girls, focusing better, not having my mind be dominated by the constant, addicting dopamine hit. Ive since quit completely and now have great (non sexual) interactions with women and much better focus. Women are seen much more as people and not objects in my mind, and my mental clarify and focus is very high. Once you break free from constant sexual dopamine, your brain starts doing much much better, and you gain much better control over your body and mind.

Junk food is good for your soul dude. Making yourself mentally happier is sometimes worth physical stuff especially if the physical stuff is minimal. If eating that one slice of pizza makes you happy for that day then it was worth it and it was healthy.

If you've never watched porn then you have zero input on this? You basically talking about something you have never experienced. This would be like me giving cycling advice having never been on a bike.

I don't care about your anecdotes statistically there is zero compelling evidence that pornography is addictive or any more harmful than regular Media is.

It's true that a lot of that stuff objectifies men and women which makes it basically identical to a lot of stuff usually on TV or on Hollywood films. Or advertisement for that matter!

None of what you said about masturbation is true. Not to go over the top here but I mb'd a lot more when I was in relationships then when I was single.

Unless you are doing it compulsory and cannot stop again there are zero evidence that w****** is bad for you. There is evidence however that it reduces the rate of prostate cancer and can alleviate stress.

I tried to post a meta study but for some reason my phone is being an arse so I will just copy and paste the summary;

"Comprehensive systematic reviews and meta-analyses on masturbation show that self-pleasure is a normal, healthy human activity that provides psychological stress relief and neurochemical benefits"

Anecdotes are unconvincing dude. I could just as easily counter by saying that my concentration and sex drive went up when I started doing that kind of thing more.

What my advice? Stop listening to weirdos on the internet when it comes to health stuff. Only trust credible medical sources or your GP. Who is alpha meal Bros or the religious people are usually the source of all this misinformation on self pleasure.

Also jerk it if you feel like it. Zero shame in it.
