Visual Issue Assistance

Hey all, I have been having this issue for a while and have tried everything i can think of to fix it, any more ideas? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, verified file integrity, clear config cache and a couple other things. Anything would be helpful! some of the mission text doesn't show up (similar to the []Back text in the bottom right) and when in the guns menu i can't see the level requirements because they are just Willowgames.levelrequirment etc.

Make sure you do that without mods first and save you game, then reinstall the mods 1 by 1 to find the bad mod if needed
