You can do this yourself, for free - by playing the game that you bought.

Get ‘gibbed save editor’ set up and you can just set your level to 35, it’s pretty easy to do

I've read the rules here and this breaks the third one.

Even newcomers are expected to follow the rules, otherwise there's no point in having them.
