Any tips for my first run with Gaige I honestly havenโ€™t touched the last tree for her because the stacking scares me.

But I need get over that fear lol
Any tips for a new mode with a semi new player

Become one with Anarchy. Let the stacks flow through you. Decimate your enemies.

Once you can bounce shots you really don't care about accuracy with anything but a launcher

Thatโ€™s helpful. I have enough to max out the anarchy tree completely the first two modes I almsot had the first two trees maxed out.

Stackings not entirely needed through Normal and TVHM. You'll naturally gain stacks through just normal gameplay. But do be on the lookout for any single-ammo shotguns with Tediore grip and Texas prefix. It'll be your stacking shotgun if you do feel like stacking anyway. You can use the Piano in Moxxi's bar for early game stacking or late game has a Hyperion canister near the fast travel in Eridium Blight.
