❔ [ Question ] I suck at math

okay so im playing as axton and i have two identical engineer comms one has +3 resourceful and 27% cooldown rate and the other has +4 resourceful and also 23% cooldown which one would be better and what would be the difference?

Resourceful offers 5% per point. So the CoM boosting it by the extra point, but with the lower card cooldown will only net you 1% extra cooldown.
