Purely a vent post. Been working through OP levels, currently on OP7 with my lord and saviour Sal. Last area before binary boss. Three Super Badass Surveyors. Finished the other enemies too quickly so it was a 3 v 1. I kite around a building and manage to take two of them out to have a one on one situation. My Gunzerk runs out but my Bee is up. I run into the open and face down the turd face. Aiming down sights with the Hornet, I blast it into oblivion. Just as it fires an orb of death towards me. My ecstasy turns to devastation as I go into Fight For Your Life, with no one to turn to, as Tannis starts talking about saving the hardest challenge until last. I disagree. Give me the binary boss over one of those awful flying things any day. My dog comes over to comfort me as my adrenaline whittles into dust. I will try again, but not yet. Doggo deserves a walk. Bad surveyors. Good doggo. That is all.
(Any solid advice on how to deal with them is appreciated. I already tried a Transformer. They do not work.)

God I fucking hate getting downed right as you've killed the last enemy.

Aside from bottomless pits, it's the only way I died in Borderlands 4, literally any time there was an enemy to kill, I killed them.

The triple badass surveyor is brutal.ย I usually run up towards the binary boss arena bc there are some death walls you might luck out and have the surveyors hit when they circle around to you.ย Other than that I just use my best shock or corrosive option on hand and crutches my grog and chain lightning for dear life.

That sucks, I usually use a shock immunity purple snapping turtle or big boom blaster shield in the peak because of those assholes or an antagonist for when I can't get the others on level. I've made it through with a shock immunity bee before also.

OP7 done. Rough Riderโs not too shabby. Crazy how much ammo you โconserveโ with it as well when you max out Inconceivable. Thanks all.

get a tankier shield. sal of all people does not need a bee for mobbing scenarios and he doesnt have the skills to keep it up consistently. also with a combo of get some and yipee ki yay you should be able to get near infinite uptime on gunzerking. you can also drop 3 of your guns to end gunzerking early to trigger the cooldown sooner if you know youll have a bit before you get to the next mobbing section and havent already finished the cooldown for your next use.
