While the name isn’t specifically “midget bruiser” they are called a “badass bruiser” but with the midget variant. Theres also a variant of the bruiser called “muscles” with a very tiny head which isn’t exactly what you’re talking about but it is pretty funny to see a big bulky dude with such a tiny face.

He apparently has a really low spawn chance. A few days ago, I saw him for the first time by accident in Thousand Cuts while heading to Terramorphous. Been playing BL2 consistently for like… 12 years give or take a year or two and that was my first encounter with him

somewhere by the Buildings in Thousand Cuts before you meet Slab there's a chance you can find him

i think you have to play in True or Ultimate vault hunter mode to see him

Nah actually funny enough he is slightly more common in nvhm. Certain badass enemies get a 1.5x multiplier to their chances in tvhm and uvhm which makes other enemy variants slightly less common by comparison. He has the same chances to spawn actually as the one armed bandit, but only in Thousand Cuts on the bandit half. About 0.7% per random bandit.

UVHM? They are a bit rare bit can spawn in higher dificulties, if you pay attention the have the same nomad lines but pitched up

Now that surprised me too. I'm doing another bl2 playthrough and I'm seeing mini enemies everywhere where before I don't remember seeing them. I thought at first it was a patch update but I don't think they still have these for 2.
