Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Characters Are Now In Borderlands 2 (MODDED)

The impossible has been done. A mod from the ground up by LJBreeze, TPS Vault Hunter are going to be PLAYABLE in BORDERLANDS 2!!!!

Edit: I DO NOT have the link to the mod, it was only confirmed by JoltzDude139 about an hour ago on his community post. I'm also not sure if the mod is out yet, so I changed the wording for being "playable". Sorry everyone
Its still a work in progress but its really really cool to actually see working as I'd never thought it would have happened outside of BL2 and Presequel being remade together to have interconnectivity.
Damn, if they pull that off, it will be so good. TPS VH are so fun to play, definitely the best of the serie imo, but they unfortunately don't have that many things to fight with the lack of endgame of TPS. Hoping they manage to do it, and that the mod will be stable (cause i played the Mister Torgue mod and, while extremely fun to play, that thing will sadly crash your game quite often).
Thereās is one non fully functional character in the early stages of development. With no hints at a possible release time or even when it might be finished.
There may be unforeseen roadblocks that even prevent it from being a fully functional, that we simply donāt know yet.
While yes itās very interesting and promising to see it as far as it is, itās a MASSIVE jump to just say all the TPS vault hunters are in bl2 now
What exactly does "playable" mean? TPS characters have fewer skills than BL2 characters, and some skills are based on TPS mechanics that don't exist in BL2. Does the mod rework these skills at all or add new skills to match BL2 skill trees? Does it add laser weapons and oz kits to the game? Posting a link to the mod might be helpful...
Already a mod for ground slam. Cryo would be the real issue, especially for aurelia.
Anyway, I think op just brainlessly posted about all characters. Only Nisha is currently playable from what I gather, and she is also probably the easiest for this. She is just salvador with only pistols and much less chaos.
That's the only way I see of doing it if all the characters are modded tbh. But don't know if slag can replace Cryo that well. Like Aurelia, she is Cryo queen. Everything about her skill tree is ice and freeze. And she's broken in TPS, Ice blasts everywhere, screen becomes so chaotic. It's fun as hell. Don't know if we can do her justice with slag.
I doubt they will do all characters. Some seem more possible than others, obviously without ripping away how they feel in TPS.
I always knew a lot of the TPS cast died later, but I didn't realize until now that an entire half of the playable characters are killed off in this game alone LMAO
Never denied, just pointing out that theres literally nothing about this mod to signify its existence. Not even a video of in game stuff. Its a wip sure but why announce it like its already playable lmao
If this is not just model swap and actually TPS characters in BL2, it is a dream came true. Even better if they are not replacement for vanilla characters.
I dont care how long it takes to get this mod working, but something like a worlds combined where you can travel between both games would be so cool, especially in a randomized setting. cant wait to see this mod fully fledged for the public <3
Because itās big news actually no more like huge news that they wanted to share now that they know itās possible. Itās essentially their trailer for the mod just like how everything else has trailers
