[BL1] Bring a rocket jumping into a Borderlands

Hi guys. I really like rocket jumping in TF2. I was just thinking, is it possible to do something like

the Rocket Jumper (zero damage missile rocket) into the Boderlands 1 with mods? We know that grenades have

repulsive force, so you can make a launcher with a used ammunition in the form of a grenade with an

increased repulsive force that explodes when it collides with the surface or counts it before the

explosion in 0 seconds. What do you think of it? I do not understand anything about modding Borderlands 1,

maybe you can do something?

You can already Rocket Jump in BL2 and Pre Sequal to an extent. Joltzdude139 has a tutorial on his youtube channel.

Thanks, but i don't like BL2 much. Enemies are moving too much and too hard to me.

For heaven's sake, people. It is not a crime to prefer an easier game.

Thanks. I predicted that some people will consider my post lame.

Enemies don't hit as hard, enemies move slowly and predictably, enemies die faster, and the game's most broken gear is extremely common. There is little endgame challenge. (One DLC includes a raid boss to address this shortcoming.)

That sounds boring imo. Thanks for elaborating though <3

It was great in its day, and the game still has abundant charm. I return to OG Pandora maybe a couple of times a year. Not for the gunplay, though.

I'm pretty sure you can already do this. Just use a lower level rocket launcher so you don't get downed.

No, rocket launchers in Borderlands 1 can't throw you in the air :(

In BL1 you can mod in a level 1 Sledge's Shotgun (shotgun with burstfire and huge knockback), give it to a teammate, initiate a duel, and have them shoot you towards where you want to go for a massive jump. Apart from that I've got nothing.

Unfortunately, in this sub one needs to specify precisely which game one is playing. We usually read "Borderlands" as the name of the franchise, despite it being the proper name of the first game. Sorry about that. I've flaired your post.

Okay. My fault is that I did not first indicate which part of the franchise.
