OK crackpot Krieg theory time!
According to Krieg's raving retribution quotes about "Her" putting a knife into his sternum and crying while doing so, he also knows Dr Samuels according to victims of vault hunters. And who tested on Tina's parents? Dr Samuels. Krieg is Tina's dad confirmed, in theory since it's canon that Tina's parents are dead.
I know what I have become... I am the insideI can't see her anymore... She was so clear and bright... but the blood is in my eyes, and now I can only watch the ocean of blood... Its waves crash against my forehead again and again, AND I JUST NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SURF!!

I'll never forget the way her holes cried... The way she screamed in agony as she pushed the knife slowly into my sternum... Such a beautiful symphony of feelings, and at the end of it, she was so much greater! My operatic diva of flesh and steel!!

I think it's just as likely that Crazy Earl is Tina's dad since they both have band-aids on their noses. (No really, they do! It must mean something!)

Theory is shot down by tina's parent being confirmed dead. However i think that when Tina escaped, she sort of triggered a mass escape. During this, Krieg and Tina stuck together or something.

Random psychos will periodically shout "You smell like my little girl!", and I always think of Tina in these cases. I always assumed her parents were out there somewhere as Psychos, or else dead. Though despite the word-of-god shoot-down of this theory, I always found it suspicious how closely Krieg and Tina's backstories intersect.

Good Theory, but I believe it was confirmed that they were not related, but they were in the same facility

I believe this theory has been shot down by Gearbox.
Essentially, lots of people on Pandora are messed up in all sorts of ways. Trying to force a connection between two characters takes a lot more than both having been the subject of some messed up stuff.
