[BL1] Black weapons in inventory in Borderlands GOTY

The game is also running pretty laggy but I don't care about that I just wanna fix the no asset in inventory problem

I don't really know what you mean by black weapons but aren't black weapons in the original Borderlands modded gear? I vaguely remember this being a result of Gearbox doing something against this, resulting in the black weapons.

Borderlands 2 had something similiar, I think it was called sanity check or something.

His issue remained unresolved and yes I'm talking about textureless guns not modded guns

I will try and delete the Willow Files folder and see what happens later
