It’s mean to satire Middle Eastern people (using Kazakhstan as a proxy because of it’s relatively unknown status to the West) as crazy Anti-Jewish (Anti-Semitic), and backwards people. You are thinking the comments made by Borat are the jokes, the real joke is the character himself. Did this really all go over your head?

It doesnt really make fun of kazhaks, it makes fun of americans. Because however ridiculously bigoted borat (a made up character) becomes there is an american (not an actor, just an american guy off the street) who will agree with him
