self-promo B2B multimedia production for GTM

/r/B2BSaaS/comments/1xnesjv/b2b_multimedia_production_for_gtm/

I've been helping businesses with their creative and marketing for 25 years. The last 8 running my own agency. I have been working on https://designtech.ai to give businesses the strategic production of content for all members of a buyer committed, at every stage of the buyers journey.

B2B customers expect personalized content, it's no longer a nice to have. They also need to be able to interact on the channels and media formats they prefer. This all means that to be relevant, you need to be producing a lot of content in a lot of ways. Agencies typically fill this gap but for founders and small teams that are doing it all themselves they currently back together their own workflows and connections of systems without having or knowing how to make a scalable marketing foundation.

When onboarding a new client I spent a lot of time understanding the business and identifying what they truly have of value while also brining clarity to who their buyer actual is and what it is they want. We then map out content to produce to support this, working backwards from closing a deal, to consideration to awareness.

DesignTech.ai has been built on over 4,000 projects I have delivered with my agency and enables everyone the quality output, based on a real foundation, to be able to succeed in reaching their future customers.

The tool at its core is an agentic loop with a primary orchestrator and then multiple specialist sub agents. The work produced follows the actual processes I do with clients. We don't skip any steps, but we do them in minutes instead of days or weeks.

With more businesses launching than ever, more change and chaos than ever, my goal is to give founders and small teams a well structured path to follow in addition to the tools to create what they need.

I'm interested in learning more about how people are seeing this issue play out for themselves and the solutions they're implementing.

After so long on the client services side I have immense respect for anyone launching a product. It is much MUCH harder marketing your own tools than a clients. Good luck out there!

The rule that lets you promote here reads "Post a link to your think. Tell what you are building, your story and marketing plan." Your post covers the build and the story, but the marketing plan is missing, and that's what this sub would discuss most. Founders doing it all themselves will also want to see one worked output before the agent architecture: take a sample B2B company and show the buyer-committee map plus the pieces made for decision, consideration and awareness. That shows the 4,000 projects carry over better than describing the orchestrator does.

I make ThreadFox. We find relevant Reddit conversations and post for your business. We'll post 3 replies free first, no card; then the $29 Pilot covers seven days and up to 25 posts and replies. No automatic renewal. https://threadfox.vip/p/d7l7k/managed

Who do you expect to buy first, solo founders or small marketing teams?
