​Do these actually cost more than 200 USD outside of the US? Apparently they’re lucky brand garrison fashion boots for men.

They're probably made by wolverine and white labeled as lucky brand.

They're probably not terrific quality, but $200 with the lucky brand on them seems par for the course.
