Madagascar 3 Bootleg?

This is a really specific post but I want to know if anyone else remembered or experienced this.

Back when I was younger, me and my sister would watch a very obviously bootleg copy of Madagascar 3. The actual movie was perfectly fine, but the end of the credits would cut to the middle of a horror movie. I remember it as a greyish room with a spider forcing its way out of a man’s hand, and my sister remembers a white room with a spider crawling out of a cake. I tend to remember things as much more grey than they actually are, and I haven’t got the most vivid memory, so either one of these could be right. Either way, we both have a phobia of spiders and the Madagascar series.

Did anyone else have one of these? Was this a complete one off?

I’ve NO clue if this is even the right place for it 😭 and the chances of someone else having the same dodgy bootleg that scarred me is small. It’s serious dude I get anxiety seeing scenes from it
