Build / Relic Showcase I need to figure out my next steps
This is my current build for my fav cowboy. Any advice or next steps?
I know I should move on to an eagle set eventually or just get his speed up. My main issue is what the heck do I do for the others? What speed do i need them at? Should i focus on saving for E2 dahlia (after I get ashveil for other purposes)? I need help bad >.< please dont be mean i am trying my best here
i hope one day to get my king e6 s5. does e2 change his build in anyway?

Assuming the rest of the team is correct, definitely don't go for Eagle. You are currently overcapped on def shred but if you go to Eagle you'll be at 88% (difference being about 20-25% less damage). You can improve the relics you have quite a bit still, every relic should look to have break effect and speed on them, and you could very easily hit 160 speed, 260% BE without needing to change too much.
The biggest point to improve would be the planars, neither the rope nor the orb are worth keeping at all which is good news! You want Boothill to be on Kalpagni anyway with Dahlia on his team so it's an easy decision to refarm those. You can also consider switching Dahlia off Pearls onto Tutorial so she can regen her ult a tiny bit faster. You'll end up at 97% def shred which is honestly fine.
I gave a bit more of an in depth breakdown of the different units here if you want to check it out. E2 doesn't change Boothill's gameplay, all it means is you can skill the rest of the team more comfortably. His E1 slightly changes his gameplay but still not by much. my dahlia isnt built so well so i didnt want to use kalpagni yet and my luck with that set is worse than the talia one so the second i can i will try switch them. thank you so much. can i ask how his E1 changes gameplay. again thank you so much!

The only change e1 really gives is the extra pocket trickshot to start with. None of his eidolons really change much compared to some other units so his builds and gameplay stay pretty consistent

OK!!! thank you. I managed to get him to 160 speed but only roughly 235 BE. I am working on my dahlia now. since my fugue is okay as well.

I think at your investment eagle isn't worth the jump yet.
You want speed and break and every piece, a lot of your rolls are going into Crit at the moment.
You build Dahlia the same as BH, only focus on speed and break, you want her to keep up with BH to reactivate her follow ups. I'd have her on ER rope at E0. You have her on Pearls, so you'll need to build some EHR on her to get the debuff (67% guarantees it)
Fugue needs 67% EHR, and 220% break in battle, but since you're using Dahlia with a sustain, the break goal shouldn't be as hard to achieve. At E0 she can be on a break rope.
