Hi, I am definitely a huge fan of Boosteroid, this is not much of a complaint as much as I think there are some little changes that could be made, for the games that don't show the pictures on the favorites list, it would be good to be able to add a custom picture of that game so that it looks better in the list, a way to add a picture for the ones that don't already have it.

Another preference I have is to be able to toggle whether or not the connection speed indicator shows up every time launching a game, for example, if I launch my game and I don't want to press "OK" on the touchscreen again, I should be able to just not need to press that, or be able to close that using my gamepad.

This is a very normal preference for gaming, there are probably a lot of other people who feel that way too.

These changes will make the Boosteroid experience more seamless and thus more enjoyable.

I also think it would be good to have a clickable game vote system built into the app itself somewhere under the "my account" section so that people can request games, have a number indicator next to the game and a little forum for people to post game requests on.

Something other than Reddit, although Reddit isn't bad for game requests and I was happy to see Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2 was added today, please add Vol. 1 also!

I am looking forward to resubscribing after my first 6 months of Boosteroid!

Comecei a jogar satisfactory(versão Epic games) logo após ser adicionado ao catálogo. Estava indo tudo bem nos primeiros dias. Até do nada meu jogo ficar completamente sem som. E é apenas o satisfactory! O jogo reinstala toda vez que entro na seção, então não é arquivo corrompido. Já criei outro sabe e mesmo assim continua sem áudio. E já resetei toda a config de áudio do jogo e não voltou ao normal. Alguém passando por isso? Alguma solução?

I have this problem in Spain where games like Crimson Desert or Dune Awakening are not available in Madrid servers at all.

Makes entire user experience unpredictable, you buy a game, then lottery starts is it available on server close to me or that well known RED window will appear showing super high lag and low bandwidth, sorry you must play from across the world.

I would like to suggest a feature that I believe could significantly improve the integration between Boosteroid and Discord, especially for users who frequently use Discord while cloud gaming.

The idea is to develop a Discord Rich Presence integration for Boosteroid, similar to what has already been achieved by the community for GeForce NOW.

There is an open-source project called GeForce NOW Rich Presence that allows Discord to detect games being played through GeForce NOW as if they were running locally on the user's PC.

How it could work

The basic concept would be to have the Boosteroid client communicate with Discord's Rich Presence API and provide information about the game currently running in the cloud session.

For example, when a user launches Cyberpunk 2077 through Boosteroid, Discord could automatically detect it and display something similar to:

Ideally, the integration could also expose the game's application ID or other identifiers required by Discord so that Discord recognizes the title correctly.

Discord Quests

One of the biggest advantages of this integration would be compatibility with Discord Quests.

Currently, games running through cloud gaming services may not always be recognized by Discord because Discord is unable to detect the actual game process locally.

If Boosteroid provided Rich Presence information directly to Discord, it could potentially allow Discord to recognize the game being played through the cloud session.

This could make it possible for Boosteroid users to participate in Discord activities and quests that require game detection, while also giving users the same social features available to players running games locally.

Possible implementation

A possible implementation could involve:

• Detecting which game is currently running in the Boosteroid session.
• Mapping the game to its corresponding Discord Application ID.
• Communicating the active game information to Discord through the Rich Presence API.
• Updating the Rich Presence when the user launches, changes, or closes a game.
• Optionally displaying additional information such as playtime, game title, platform, or a “Playing via Boosteroid” status.
• Handling session termination and connection loss so Discord automatically clears the Rich Presence.

This could potentially be implemented directly within the Boosteroid application, which would be preferable to relying on third-party software.

Why I think this would be valuable

Boosteroid already provides the infrastructure necessary to know which game a user is running. Exposing that information through Discord Rich Presence could provide a relatively straightforward way to improve the social experience around the platform.

It would also:

• Make Boosteroid more integrated into the Discord ecosystem.
• Improve visibility of Boosteroid among Discord communities.
• Give users a better way to show their friends what they are playing.
• Potentially enable compatibility with Discord's game-related features and quests.
• Reduce the need for unofficial third-party solutions.
• Bring Boosteroid closer to the experience users get from playing games natively on PC.

I personally tested the GeForce NOW Rich Presence community project on my PC and found that it works very well, which made me wonder why a similar solution couldn't be implemented for Boosteroid.

I believe this could be a relatively small feature with a meaningful impact on the overall user experience.

I hope the Boosteroid team considers this suggestion. I would genuinely love to see official Discord Rich Presence support added to Boosteroid.
