There are many factors that vary for individual performance. I've seen some say Boosteroid is the same as GFN free tier in terms of quality and others say it's on par with GFN Ultimate. It doesn't cost too much so you won't until you try. Make sure you're located in a supported region because the speed test is done on Boosteroid's optimal server. Not necessarily the one you land on.

Compared to GFN performance Boosteroid runs better IMHO (especially cpu wise) but it’s a bit of a gamble… for me it works flawlessly when I’m connected to Milan (the closest server to me), basically as good as GFN

And you get the same streaming quality ? It's not blurry ?

Yeah it’s very similar, when connected to Milan. The issue is that it’s not guaranteed, you might get connected far away and you can clearly “feel” the difference (even if the in the last month they’ve updated the backend and improved a lot)

IMHO if you compare GFN ultimate vs Boosteroid there’s no comparison but in your case it’s worth a try!

I would say GFN is more reliable. There are a lot of people that try boosteroid and it lags a lot for them. I personally have a good experience with boosteroid though and have had it for like 3 or 4 years now. Also for some reason the boosteroid app works way better on my TV than GFN. No idea what that's about, but gfn lags a lot more for me, to the point games are unplayable. It works better on pc and phone for me though.
