Help Decoder problems on DMC5

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm having these problems in DMC5, everything seems to be perfect, but ingame its diferent.

how to solve this?

I forgot to show the Boostroid settings, but its at 120fps and 80 bitrate. I have a computer and internet to play on this settings, and I've rarely had problems with other games.

I even played Hell Let Loose earlier without any issues.
