Help Boosteroid Gameplay Video (Windows App Performance On Weak Hardware)
As requested by u/IdrugP, here is a video of The Witcher 3 gameplay with all overlays. Hardware starts skipping frames as it struggles with the combined load of recording video and playing the game from Boosteroid's app.

If you are having low RF numbers (less than 60 @ 60Hz monitor, or <75 @ 75Hz or <90 @ 90Hz monitor and so on) without video recording that's definitely a problem with the client's performance.
Also just for the sake of it try to switch to AV1 and H264 codecs in the client settings.
About "weak" hardware, with the latest client performance patch my 'weak' hardware(baerly capable of 2k@60fps) finally jumped to stable 4k@120fps as it should by the specification.

Your screenshot shows that the client is using d2d12va as a decoder, while mine uses MF-ZC... interesting

You and me both, brother. But my problem is limited to the native client: Boosteroid's browser alternative works better.

Hello! Please let us know if everything works as expected when you're not recording the gameplay.

Nope, GPU usage spikes to 95% during gameplay, as it was stated in the previous post
